Klara Madlin founded her own real estate firm, Klara
Madlin Real Estate, Inc. in 1984 specializing in the sale of residential
real estate in Morningside Heights and the Columbia University area.
A native of New York, Madlin is a member of Fiabci, an international
real estate network, and a founder of 1World, a global real estate network.
She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Greater
Harlem Real Estate Board.
Robin Prescod the managing partner of Harlem Homes has been active in the Harlem residential market for many years. Our focus is to provide knowledge and professionalism to the exciting Harlem Renaissance.
Robert Eychner owns Eychner Associates,Inc.
a firm specializing in residential, commercial and investment real estate
sales.
A native New Yorker, Eychner is a member of the Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation, The National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Old Merchants House Museum. He is president of Fiabci, New York Council and is an advisory council member of the NGO Committee on Human Settlements with the United Nations.
